VIVA FAN gear is event-driven seasonal merchandise, so all sales are final and we can’t accept returns or exchanges after match days.

If your item arrives wrong, damaged, or is missing from your order, we’ll make it right. Email vivafan@vivafanllc.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we’ll send a free replacement.
